1. Jamu Drink

How to make

  • Chop one cup of natural turmeric root and one finger sized ginger
  • Add them to your blender
  • Sprinkle a little amount of black pepper
  • Pour 3-5 cups of coconut water to it
  • Now, blend it for about a minute
  • Pour the juice in a bowl and heat it at low flame and let it simmer for about 15 -20 mins
  • After 20 mins, turn off the heat and put one lemon juice and 2 tbp( tablespoon) of honey
  • Stir it well
  • Strain it through a strainer and put it in a glass jar 

Now, you can have a drink. But, If you want to keep it for long time then preserve it in refrigerator so that it can lasts for about a week

Shake well before drink. You can have half cup at a time

  • Pour 2 cups of water in your pot
  • Add half tsp of turmeric and quarter tsp of black pepper
  • Add 1 small lemon juice to it
  • Heat it at low flame for 10 mins
  • Now, add 1 tsp of honey
  • Stir it well, strain and enjoy drinking!

  • Take 2 cups of coconut water  
  • Add 2 cups of blueberries to it 
  • Put pieces of one banana 
  • Add a half cup of yoghurt
  • Add one tbsp of flax seed

How to make : 

  • Squeeze the juice of one sweet lime 
  • Cut the slices of one cucumber
  • Take 3 stalks of celery and chop it well
  • Cut one apple into pieces
  • Now, pour the lime juice in grinder . Add a crushed cucumber and apple 
  • Alongwith them add celery , 3 kale leaves, small part of ginger and 1 cup of spinach

How to make

  • Peel 2 carrots and cut them into pieces 
  • Add 1 medium sized beetroot and 1 apple 
  • Then, squeeze the juice of one orange 
  • Now, add the orange juice alongwith 1 cup of water in a blender 
  • Add an apple, beet and carrot pieces 
  • Mix them well in a grinder and put a half cup of juice in a glass

How to make 

  • Take a cup of milk and add a tsp of turmeric 
  • Take a little amount of ginger pieces , a cinnamon, some almonds if you have , a tsp of honey and a tsp of black pepper
  • Blend them well in a blender
  • Put them in a vessel and heat it at low flame for about 5 mins. 

Your drink is ready! 


8. Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea 


How to make

  • Take some water in a saucepan and add 4-5 slices of lemon 
  • To that, add some pieces of fresh peeled ginger
  • Add a tsp of turmeric, ground cinnamon and a tsp of honey
  • Put it to heat at medium flame for 10 mins
  • Then, remove the tea and pour it in your cup . 
  • You can drink it either cold or hot
