Uneven skin tone, dark, dull and low skin texture can be a challenge for many people which arise due to factors such as increasing pollution, sun exposure, stress, medical condition, poor lifestyle or unhealthy diet. To cope up with these conditions , many cosmetics have been launched in the market. But, those creams are not always beneficial to everyone. It's prolonged use may damage your skin also. And, of course fairness, smooth and even texture are dreams of many girls. So, here we present some of the natural home remedies to bring back your natural shade and lighten your face. 


1. Drink Enough Water


Hydrating body is very crucial part to make your skin glow. You should drink 3-4 litres of water per day depending on age. You can check the water requirements criteria here. Water will make your body hydrated and is helpful for radiant skin. It will moisturize the skin cells and will prevent your skin from blemishes, pimples, darkness and wrinkles. Your skin will become soft and will begin to glow. 


2 . Get enough sleep


When you sleep your body boosts blood flow to the skin. If you sleep less than 7 hours, your body will not be able to boost the blood and automatically your skin will begin to look dull and you will feel a rough texture. So, never underestimate your sleeping time if you want an even skin texture. You should get 7-9 hours of sleep. 


3. Facial steam

But, yess.... It's true. Facial steam also contributes to your beauty. It deeply cleanse the pores present on your face and removes dirt. You have to do just one addition. Add a lemon or any citrus fruit's peel to the water so that vitamin C present in it will enhance your skin tone and colour. 


4. Wear sunglasses


Sun release radiations which is harmful for your skin. So, never forget to protect your skin from sun rays. Wear cap, sunglasses, scarf and apply sunscreen to your whole body to protect your skin from Sun rays as well as from dust, dirt and pollution. 


5. Exfoliate your skin


Exfoliation is the method of removing dead cells from superficial skin's surface. Dead cells clogged the pores and prevent moisturizer to penetrate deep in your skin. You can apply a simple home remedy for exfoliation. You can combine 2 tsp of rice powder and little bit coconut oil. Mix it very well and rub it on your face gently. This can help you to improve your complexion ( skin's texture or colour or appearance). You should do this method once or twice a week . 


6. Face massage 


You should massage your face daily to  get better results. Massage will help you to improve your skin tone. Mix 2 tsp of honey with 2 tsp of olive oil and put some drops of lemon juice. Massage this mixture on your face gently for at least 2 minutes. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water and wipe it by cotton cloth. 


7. Moisturize your skin


Apply moisturizer twice a day on your skin to make it hydrate all time. It will help you to gt rid of dry skin and will make it look bright. 


8. Reduce Redness 


Cold rose water can help you to reduce skin redness. Skin redness mostly occurs due to anti inflammatory properties. You can use rose water anytime a day. It will make your face skin fresh and will enhance your complexion. 


9. Fairness treatment


Another method to improve your skin complexion is here. Make a paste of 2 tsp of aloe vera gel, 1 tsp of honey and 2 tsp of turmeric. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then, wipe with cotton pad. Cotton pad should be soaked in milk ( should not be hot) . Then, wash your face with water. 


10. Natural face pack


You can apply orange peel or lemon peel mask for bright skin results. Grind orange or lemon peel with milk and apply it's paste. Don't add too much of milk as it can increase the liquidity of your paste. Repeat this procedure twice a week to get better results. Citrus fruits or orange have antioxidant properties and contains vitamin C so, it's beneficial. 

To get glowing skin you can make paste of 2 tsp of orange peel powder or lemon peel powder. Add 1 tsp of honey ,1 tsp of baking soda and 2 tsp of lemon juice. Apply it on your face.
